Ports Victoria has a launched a new online system to manage Ports Works and Aquatic Event notifications for three commercial ports in a single online system.
The new system, ERIC, manages Port works and Aquatic event notifications for Melbourne, Geelong and Hastings in one place.
Using ERIC, users can:
- lodge notifications online
- upload and manage supporting documents
- access notifications on desktop or mobile
- view approvals and timing more clearly
Designed to enhance collaboration with contractors, port managers and sporting clubs, the system aims to reduce duplication and errors and create a more responsive notification process.
For Ports works notifications
Users can complete this new online form and attach supporting documents. They will receive an email when their notification is processed.
For Aquatic Events notifications
Users can complete this new online form, attach a risk assessment and supporting documents. They will receive an email when their notification is processed.
