Ports Victoria reports to the Minister for Ports and Freight and the Treasurer.
It is governed by a Board of Directors established under the Transport Integration Act 2010 (Vic) and each Director is appointed by the Governor in Council.
The Chief Executive is responsible to the Board and heads the Executive Leadership Team.
